ipomarket.in provides information, tracking, and educational content related to Indian Initial Public Offerings. The Service includes data dashboards, calculators, articles, a user watchlist, and optional paid Premium features. All information is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

You agree not to (a) scrape, crawl, or systematically copy content from the Service without written permission; (b) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system; (d) introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code; (e) impersonate any person or entity; (f) engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. Notify us immediately at contact@ipomarket.in if you suspect any unauthorized use.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months for Premium features (if any), or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.

10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time via the dashboard or by emailing contact@ipomarket.in.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana. Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through written communication.
